Getting research done before you get work done

Almost half of people interested in cosmetic treatments do their research on mobile or tablet devices, so we created an experience that caters to their preferred screen first. With research planning in place, we identified the collection of key audience scenarios and tailored the designed experience on mobile first and then worked backwards to build a captivating desktop experience.

The custom built publishing platform thoughtfully curates articles from the industries leading digital properties and matches customized articles, photos, news and trends with a users unique profile. When a user is ready to go a step further, physicians are contextually matched based on a users profile, browsing behavior and location.

We also catered towards physicians, building their own custom platform where they can market their specialized procedures, before & after photos, amenities and awards within their own unique profile pages. The physician dashboard gives them insight into qualitative analytics as to how their profile is performing.

An in-house Zalea team continues to work with Web Advanced strategists, designers and technologist to make continual improvements to the platform and disrupt the category norms.
