WA Welcomes Joe Burke to Lead Strategy and Interactive Marketing

To further its progress as a leading interactive agency, Web Advanced, the digital design, strategy and technology firm, announces the addition of Joe Burke as VP of Strategy and Interactive Marketing.

Burke's background in both traditional and digital marketing extends Web Advanced's cross-discipline talent as the agency is awarded an increasing amount of integrated assignments. As the VP of Strategy and Interactive Marketing, Burke will translate client business goals into compelling digital user experiences and marketing strategies. With 15 years of experience in marketing and advertising on both the corporate and agency side, he leverages a keen understanding of user behavior to create transformational brand identities and cross-media campaigns.

Over his career, Burke has worked with leading corporations and agencies to increase market share and build brands. As Creative Director for Disney Stores and Wet Seal, Joe helped drive record breaking sales in retail and e-commerce. As EVP, Creative Director at SWIRE, he helped grow agency revenues 200% annually over two years. At SWIRE, Mr. Burke led new business development, established competencies in online advertising, "Big Board" Customer Experience methodology, TV spots and social media platforms. Burke looks to capitalize on digital strategies that better integrate the lives of customers and their relationships with brands.
