In addition, the Project Coordinator cannot be afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive in.

Core Job Functions / Responsibilities

Additionally, we are looking for a warm, personable individual who is passionate about working with people and businesses, and is excited about making a difference not only for our clients but as a member of the Web Advanced team. The primary role of the Project Coordinator is to work alongside and support our Project Managers and Executive team, who are one of our primary interfaces with clients as they act as a project facilitator across our internal sales, design, and development and production teams.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Provide assistance to the project team with the day-to-day project workflow and tasks
  • Coordinate schedules to set up in-person and Web-based meetings
  • Help with project resourcing and project prioritization
  • Maintain high level calendar of all projects
  • Help with QA/QC on projects
  • Run reports and help forecast project expenditure
  • Time tracking to make sure team members have logged billable project time
  • Help with miscellaneous tasks like data entry, content entry, following up on client deliverable
  • Take meeting minutes

  • Familiarity with a solid web development process
  • Good judgment, excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must be detail-oriented, have excellent time management skills, be able to multi-task effectively; ability to manage multiple assignments with competing priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong interests in technology, consulting, and learning
  • Position requires significant time typing on the computer, making phone calls and conduct video conference/meetings
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience required and authorized to work in the US

Additional Information

Web Advanced is a fully remote company with a headquarters in Santa Ana, CA

Compensation will be competitive with industry standards and determined based on experience. $55,000-$72,000
