Web Advanced Launches Metrolink Summer 2016 Campaign

Web Advanced recently collaborated with OCTA and Nurture Digital to launch a new version of the OCTA Metrolink Weekends page - introducing the new tagline “Bring Back Summer” and new experiences that southern California commuters can enjoy on the website.

Starting with an original concept of using all of our experience with old yearbooks to communicate the benefits of riding Metrolink, the team worked to create a unique visual design for the page that takes users on a journey through riding Metrolink.

In addition to a Photo Contest, the site was updated with new destinations, using the innovative Destination Finder that Web Advanced built out for last summer’s Metrolink Weekends campaign. This Destination Finder allows users to filter by the type of destination that they want to arrive at, and then find local points of interest that they can experience once they arrive.

The entire experience is implemented using OCTA’s CMS which backs the entire 2000 page strong OCTA.net site, and is fully mobile responsive. In addition, it continues the use of our innovative train schedule that uses Painless Responsive Tables, which we discussed in a previous blog post.
